Aleksandr Ostanin is a dancer & choreographer based in Boston, MA. His love for tap dancing began at the age of 10. During his career, he has become a World Champion four times! In 2008, Aleksandr became a Winner of So You Think You Can Dance Ukraine, 1st season. In 2017, Oleksandr won the IDO-Gala Show (Bill Fowler Cup) against All Styles World Champions. In 2018, was Performing in Disney World (Orlando, Florida), dancing in a variety of shows such as Tap Reloaded, Wings of Rigolo, Tap United and also the coach of the USA National Tap Dance Team. He runs the Ostanin Dance Centre in the city of Odessa, Ukraine, and is the founder and director of the Odessa Tap Festival. Aleksandr continues sharing his knowledge and love of Tap in different countries such as Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, USA, England and Mexico.
